View the ratings of mobile apps that are available in the Apple app store. The metrics that are available in this dataset include rating, rating count, app version, as well as the app’s price. Tracking the number of reviews shows you how often an app is downloaded. The more people download an app, the more it is reviewed. tracking the review score tells you the quality of the app. Companies that make good apps often do well as consumers shift from computers to mobile.

Due to its huge user base, Facebook provides many insights on how consumers interact with a company’s brand. You can track how many people are liking a company’s page over time. Here’s an example of Walmart:

Tenants for REITS
